| There will be simultaneous interpretation in the conference presentation sessions. One interpreter will be available in each of the two meeting rooms. In order to help you communicate freely with foreign business counterparts at your booth, interpreter services are available to exhibitors for hire. Please download the Interpreter Service Application Form, which must be submitted by fax ( +86 10 5822 1797) before October 10, 2008. |
| During the conference, there will be meeting rooms available for exhibitors and delegates to use for company meetings. These rooms will be available on a first-come - first-served basis, pre-booking is not possible. If you wish to use a meeting room during the conference, please contact the Exhibition Organizers Office On-site. |
For your convenience, printing service will be offered by the organizer before this year's event. If you need to print your brochure or Advertising, please contact us and send your documents to us before October 10, 2008.
