Booth Information/Price
A limited number of exhibition booth are available to both Chinese and international companies and organizations. Several of the booths have already been booked by last year's exhibitors. The remainder of the exhibitor booths will be sold on a first come, first served basis.
Different booth sizes are available:
6 sqm (3x2m): EUR3,000
9 sqm (3x3m): EUR4,500

Note:
Companies will need to pay EUR100/RMB1,000 for each additional exhibitor pass.
Every standard booth package includes:
• paneled walls
• 1 table, 2 chairs
• carpet
• light & 1 electricity socket (220V\5A)
• 1 complimentary delegate pass and 2 complimentary exhibitor passes
Please note the shape of the electrical outlets used in China. Electricity is 220V. Extra power line to the booth will be charged RMB1,500/220V and RMB2,200/380V.

EUR 300/sqm (min 24sqm)

Special designed booth
If you prefer a special designed booth to a standard one, please follow the procedure below to hand in your application to the organizer:
• Submit your written application to the organizer before September 30, 2008 by email exhibition@mining-expo.com or by fax +86 10 5822-1797.
• The booth will be collectively set up from 08:30-18:00, on November 10, 2008 (Monday). You must apply for anytime outside this period separately and extra expense will be charged accordingly.
• Please notice that we will conduct the booth construction in accordance with the standard booth design if you do not send out the application and documents on time. For the provisions not listed, please directly contact Beijing International Convention Centre. We do not take responsibilities for any losses or damages.
Please note that the height of the booth should not exceed 3.3 m for Hall A and 3.5 m for Hall B, C and D.
